It was left behind in a home I just purchased and I have no need for it.
It appears that this was gently used with a mattress that still in its original plastic wrapping.
It unfolds easily and there are no stains.
There are some minor scratches on the lower left arm from the previous owners cat, its not too bad though, see image.
Otherwise, It is a very comfortable clean couch from a non-smoking home.
I will gladly help you load onto your truck.
