Pay & Schedule:
Starting at $27/hour (based on experience)
50+ hours per week (overtime available)
Early morning start times, late evening returns
Position Overview:
Drivers will be assigned to plaster crews and play a key role in daily operations. This is not just driving — you’ll be part of a team that delivers high-quality pool finishes across the region.
Responsibilities:
Safely operate company trucks to and from job sites
Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections
Maintain a clean and organized truck cab
Work alongside plaster crews as needed
Follow all company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Requirements:
Valid CDL Class B license
Clean driving record
Ability to work long hours and early start times
Strong work ethic and reliability
Team-oriented mindset
Bonuses & Incentives:
Monthly bonuses available for drivers who consistently meet SOP standards
