- This job is based on labor cost. Supplies we will purchase ourselves.

- Seeking experienced landscaper/hardscaper for private home project.

- Project involves a French Drain, leveling of a small yard, and adding fresh soil to level property, and do some Sodding

- Preference for someone who already has a job within this line of work, and have some availability.

- Great Pay- Paid in cash.

- Projects are broken up in 2 areas

- Applicants must have at least 4 years’ experience in concrete walkways, French drain systems, landscaping, grading, excavation, and earthmoving.

- Work will be contracted—SEEKING 1or 2 HIGHLY EXPERIENCED TEAM. ABSOLUTELY NO COMPANIES!!

- You may choose any workdays from Sundays through Fridays

- Must have both experiences, expertise working as Landscaper, and experiences in pipe drainage

- Must present proper Identification prior to coming to my home.

- Must be serious about the job. Not looking for anyone to waste my time, nor money.
