About the Role
We're looking for a motivated, coachable Entry-Level Sales Representative to help small and mid-sized businesses discover the right Paytura solution for how they get paid. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their sales career who wants hands-on training, a clear path for growth, and the chance to sell a product line that spans hardware, software, and payment services. You'll learn to identify prospects' needs and match them with the right combination of in-person terminals, phone and e-commerce payment tools, vendor payment automation, and Paytura's additional business products.
What You'll Sell
• Payments in Person: Countertop & wireless terminals (e.g., smart terminals, portable Android POS devices, all-in-one registers, and compact card readers), Mobile POS, and solutions tailored to travel & hospitality
• Phone Payments: Tools that let staff securely close sales over the phone via live card capture, pay-by-link, or IVR
• E-Commerce: Online payment acceptance solutions
• Additional Products: POSiTURA (point-of-sale software), ScheduleTURA (scheduling software), and Web Hosting
You'll primarily sell to small and local businesses, restaurants, automotive businesses, faith-based organizations, credit unions, and financial institutions — so no two conversations are exactly alike.
What You'll Do
• Prospect and generate new business leads through outbound calls, emails, networking, and referrals
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand a prospective client's current payment setup and pain points
• Recommend the right mix of Paytura hardware and services based on the client's business type and needs
• Deliver product demos and walk prospects through pricing and onboarding
• Build and manage a pipeline using our CRM, tracking leads from first contact through close
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and activity metrics
• Collaborate with onboarding and support teams to ensure a smooth handoff after a sale closes
• Stay current on Paytura's product line, industry trends, and competitor offerings
What We're Looking For
• 0–2 years of sales experience
• Strong communication skills — comfortable talking to business owners and decision-makers by phone, email, and in person
• A genuine curiosity about how businesses operate and get paid
• Self-motivated, coachable, and resilient in the face of rejection
• Organized, with the ability to manage multiple leads and follow-ups at once
• Comfortable learning new technology and explaining it simply to non-technical audiences
• A high school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
Nice to Have
• Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
• Prior experience in payments, fintech, POS, or SaaS sales
What We Offer
• 40K – 50K Base salary plus up to 25% of Base in Commission
