Featuring Bona Woodline or Bona latex. Using Norton ceramic abrasives. If you do not see Norton on the abrasives and Bona on the it won't look the same and will not last.

Cheap abrasives burn the wood and don't dig through stain, they say you need a new floor, either unwilling or unable. Inferior latex gets brittle and chips but to cut cost many spread it thin then it dries fa$ter too! $kipping a final $anding result$ in getting paid faster, but your fini$h wears out fa$t, wasting your $$. See the last image, it shows you what happens to most of their work. Skipping sanding steps leaves the floor rough, high points wear, moisture gets in, expands and the brittle poly chips. Be careful of the difference between underbidding and under-jobbing. They $wear its the same, with a $mile on their face, because omitting steps, cheap supplies, and a rapid dry gets payment in a day, and look how fast they do it for you! That makes them happy but leaves your floor unprotected over time. (BIG FROWN)
