Have some tools with some power equipment and transportation.
My Experience and skills are as follows and able to complete more tasks as needed to get the job done.
1. Daily Planning of tasks to implement.
2. Document & log all work that was done during the day.
3. Hand out a list of daily duties to staff.
4. Clean pools. filters, skimmers with maintaining Chlorine and PH levels as needed daily.
5. Preventive maintenance of equipment and vehicles, change oil, belts, tune up, battery’s, etc.....
6. Repair or replace leaky plumbing lines, toilets, hot water heaters, sewer lines, water lines ect…
7. Always watch out for hazardous issues and have them corrected immediately.
8. Schedule Vendor and contractor services as needed.
9. Purchase cost effective supplies and turn in all receipts.
10. Read water meters and log readings once a month.
11. Create and Improvise new techniques to keep costs down.
12. Clean out homes and write a damage evaluation report to pass onto the corporate office.
13. Monthly inspections of lots.
14. Maintain Golf carts as needed.
15. Maintain streets, grounds, and equipment while
always having a watchful eye for safety issues.
16. Utilize proper tools to fix projects.
17. Clean and sanitize bathrooms, clubhouses, and
laundry facilities.
18. Follow up with repairs as needed from important
to least important, prioritize work performed.
19. Inspect water valves, sewer cleanouts, receptacles,
lighting, etc.….
20. Organize, clean and inventory maintenance shop.
21. Inspect all golf carts, and company vehicles and
implement preventive maintenance as needed.
22. Assist tenants with request and offer the best
scenario for their issues.
23. Fix sewer lines, water pipes and valves as needed
throughout the the community.
24. Install signs and security cameras as needed for
safety and security reasons.
25. Inspect & Install receptacles, Breakers and wires from panel box to Breakers.
26. Visual Inspections through out the property.
27. Advertise & list homes for sale in numerous locations on
the internet and other beneficial places that get the most viewers.
28. Answer and make follow up calls after hours or during regular
business hours.
29. Assist police, ambulance, and fire rescue with
incidents.
30. Communicate with corporate with
reports as they happen.
31. Pick up & Delivery.
32. Respond to customer inquiries and provide repair
estimates, Utilize resources.
33. Operate Zero turn mowers, weed eaters, edger's, etc...
