Looking for dog trainer (Pottsville)

I’m interested in finding a good dog trainer preferably woman and would like to know more about the training services and what your offer includes.
My girl is a Cane Corso. 6 months old. She knows sit and stay, but she still needs work on holding the command for longer periods and from a distance. She also needs more socialization in public places — specifically, learning not to approach people or dogs without permission, and not to lunge at dogs that bark at her. She’s friendly, just protective. I don’t want to take away her protectiveness toward people, but I do want her to be used to seeing different situations without reacting to every dog.
She’s great with women and did well with my brother when she first met him, so I think it may depend on a person’s energy. If someone’s energy seems off, I’d like to encourage and reinforce her instincts in a positive way.
I’d also like her to learn a command to stay close to me off-leash — similar to “heel,” but with a different word, such as “with me.”
I’ve trained dogs before, but I was recently activated for military duty and now only have time on weekends. Could you let me know how much a board-and-train program would be, if you offer that? I’d also appreciate seeing references or reviews.
