We are Subterranean Shrimps, a small group of aquarists located in Pottstown, PA. Our creature specialties are: freshwater neocaridina shrimp, Ram's Horn Snails, Platies, and Assassin Snails.
In this listing, we are featuring Ram's Horn Snails (RHS)!
RHS are brightly colored, coming in blue, red, and gold. Getting up to the size of a nickel, they are a great addition to any freshwater tank. Being detritivores, they feast on waste and algae.
Be forewarned; If there is too much waste. They will just keep breeding. Some folks consider to be a pest when they freely overpopulate the tank.
RHS should not be housed in an aquarium with predators such as Pea Puffers, Betta fish, or Assassin Snails.
