We are seeking a Direct Mail / Lettershop Machine Operator to join our team! You will help oversee operational activities and ensure excellent quality control. Work with a supportive crew that values your strengths and helps you grow.

from data processing and postal optimization to digital printing and lettershop services. With a close-knit
team of 24, we’re big enough to handle serious volume but small enough that everyone knows your
name (and your coffee order). We take pride in doing great work, supporting each other, and keeping
things running smoothly—without the corporate red tape.
Responsibilities:
-Assist and coordinate with plant operations and activities
-Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely fashion
-Load and unload equipment and materials
-Provide innovative solutions to improve plant efficiency
-Conduct routine preventive maintenance on the plant
-Log and record readings for equipment and procedures
Qualifications:
-Basic Mechanical and computer skills
-Prior experience in a production (print and mail) environment and on inserting equipment is a plus
-Attention to detail
-Ability to work independently
-Willing to work overtime as needed
-Ability to lift up to 40 lbs at a time
