Top sash does not open
Bottom Sash opens, there are a few levels that bottom sash locks in the open position .
There is half screen at bottom.
Window is 7/8" in depth.
Rough opening needed for this window is about 24 1/4" x 35 3/4".
There is about 1" overlapping flange on all four sides on the windows with predrilled holes to installing window.

shows my fingers on both side of the window showing that grids are Internal and there are two panes of glass with a air pocket.
