Paving Laborer
Pay: $20.00/hour
Benefits: Holiday and Vacation Pay, 401(k), and more!
Shift: 1st Shift, Monday - Friday, Could work up to 10 hour days typically (7AM-3:30PM)
Location: Berks County, PA
Responsibilities of the Paving Laborer:
• Assist with preparation and placement of asphalt and other paving materials
• Operate basic hand tools and equipment safely and effectively
• Load, unload, and organize materials and tools on the job site
• Support crew members with tasks to ensure smooth project completion
• Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment
• Other duties as assigned by supervisors
Requirements of the Paving Laborer:
• Must have reliable transportation to and from job sites
• Must have a valid Driver's License
• Heavy lifting required (up to 50 lbs)
• Ability to work with a team
• Ability to speak and understand English
