Looking for someone to clean up the landscaping around my property. The work includes: Removing weeds from flower beds; Cutting and removing overgrown grass; Cleaning up the front yard, side yards, and backyard.

Please note that this is not a traditional lawn-mowing job. The property does not have a regular lawn. Instead, most of the work involves removing weeds and overgrown grass from flower beds with soil located throughout the front, sides, and backyard, as well as along areas bordered by concrete surfaces.

If the work is done well, I would be interested in arranging ongoing monthly maintenance.
