We are seeking a dependable, hardworking individual for a full-time position with opportunities for long-term growth. The right candidate must be able to lift and carry at least 50 pounds, safely operate all mowing and landscaping equipment, and possess a valid driver's license with reliable transportation. Responsibilities include lawn care, landscaping, property maintenance, and completing full trash-outs and clean-outs of rental properties throughout Chester County and surrounding areas. Applicants should be self-motivated, able to work outdoors in various weather conditions, and take pride in delivering quality work. Experience is preferred, but a strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn are essential. Competitive pay based on experience. Has to be able to take direction and work with a team, Reliability is key and of the utmost importance.
