Edwards Landscape & Nursery is a locally owned landscaping company dedicated to providing high-quality landscape maintenance and installation services. We are seeking a hardworking, dependable Landscape Mowing Foreman to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise a landscape mowing crew on a daily basis.
Perform commercial and residential lawn mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing.
Ensure all properties are maintained to company quality standards.
Train, coach, and motivate crew members.
Operate and maintain commercial landscaping equipment, including zero-turn mowers, stand-on mowers, trimmers, and blowers.
Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs.
Ensure crews follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Complete daily work efficiently and maintain assigned schedules.
Communicate with supervisors and clients in a professional manner.
Participate in snow removal operations during the winter season.
Qualifications:
Previous crew leadership or foreman experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of commercial mowing equipment and landscape maintenance practices.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (ability to drive trucks with trailers preferred).
Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
