Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to coordinate and execute classroom and special event set-ups for a local university. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with a team to ensure all event and campus needs are met efficiently. This individual will also help with landscape maintenance and snow removal throughout the campus.
Key Responsibilities:
Utilize independent judgment to complete set-up requests for daily campus operations (including tables, chairs, equipment, etc.)
Review schedules and efficiently execute all assigned set-ups in a timely manner
Attend event planning meetings and coordinate logistics to ensure proper execution of each event
Work collaboratively with a team to complete large-scale or complex set-ups
Maintain a high level of organization to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Assist with landscape maintenance duties as needed, providing cross-functional support
Qualifications:
Must be computer literate and comfortable managing schedules and work orders
Strong understanding of event logistics and set-up coordination
Highly organized with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid driver’s license required
Must be able to lift, push, pull, and/or carry up to 50 lbs
Position is based on-site at the university
