ISO 3-4 bd, 1-2 bathroom private home, I’ve been renting from stouts realtor for 7 yrs, never been late or missed any payments, I am more than happy to give rental history proof, no evictions ever, 5 yrs with current employer, 4k monthly in earnings, I’m expecting a grandchild and need more space, currently my rental is way too small n it’s a row home with a walk through and that is not big enough for a new baby on the way, neighborhood not the greatest either for a new baby. Scammers please don’t waste your time because I’m not sending any money or filling out applications from your “attorney” before doing a walk through of the home. I work very hard 6 days a week to be giving n throwing my money away to scammers, and you will be reported. 7 one 7 three 4 three 9 zero eight 2 thank you and I pray someone sent from God to help me and my family take a chance in me and give us our forever home, you will not regret it.
