The Nurse Practitioners we seek are those who have directly reled experience in home health, gerirics, hospice and primary care. The Nurse Practitioner who wants to practice medicine with a focus on pient care, not volume. We want our clinicians to take the time needed to truly address the pient’s needs.

• Licensed as a NP in the Ste where HarmonyCares Medical Group office loced
• Federal DEA License/eligibility
• Geriric training/experience preferred
• Active CPR/BLS Certificion
• Board Certificion
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license and good driving record
