Do you have a passion for helping children and teens? Are you looking for a unique opportunity to build a meaningful career while creating a safe, supportive home for youth in foster care?
Our Foster Care Program is seeking compassionate, dedicated House Parents to live in one of our program-owned homes in the Berks County, Schuylkill County or Lehigh Valley Areas. As a House Parent, you will become a licensed foster parent while providing a stable, nurturing environment for children and adolescents who need consistency, encouragement, and hope.
What You'll Do
As a House Parent, you will:
Provide a safe, structured, and caring home environment.
Support children with daily routines, school attendance, homework, and life skills.
Foster healthy relationships, emotional growth, and positive behaviors.
Transport youth to appointments, school activities, and community events.
Collaborate with case managers, therapists, schools, and biological families.
Advocate for each child's needs while celebrating their successes.
Help youth develop the skills and confidence needed for lifelong success.

You won't do this alone. Our team offers:
A program-owned home in the Berks County, Schuylkill County or Lehigh Valley.
Ongoing training to become and remain a licensed foster parent.
24/7 professional support and crisis assistance.
Clinical, case management, and administrative support.
Financial reimbursement and compensation (details discussed during the interview process).
Paid respite opportunities and support services.

We're Looking For Individuals or Couples Who:
Have a passion for mentoring and caring for children and teens.
Can provide patience, consistency, and structure.
Work well as part of a professional treatment team.
Have strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Meet Pennsylvania foster parent licensing requirements.
Are willing to reside in a program-owned home located in the Lehigh Valley.

Previous foster care experience is helpful but not required. We provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to help you succeed.
