4 bantam cochin chicks, hatched 4/28. Colors will likely be mottled, or black. Father is mostly black with mottled gene from his mother. The mother hens are blue (including frizzle), calico, barred, white, partridge, black (including frizzle). Chicks are straight run. Most in this group will carry a mottled gene.
$5.00/each. Discount for 6 or more. We have younger chicks available, too.
I have more hatching next week. I will have a new hatch approximately every week and a half.
Bantam cochins are an excellent breed to have with children. Very friendly and gentle chickens, roosters included. They also have adorable feathered booting on their feet. A popular choice of chicken breed due to their gentle & quiet personalities and their fluffiness. A great choice for families, kids or grandkids to help raise.
I also will have ducklings and some goslings I the next couple of weeks.
