we have two burial plots in this nice cemetary located in berks county ,located along rt 222 in maidencreek twp...the plots are in "wisdom "section ,as of AUGUST 13TH 2025 the management say's the value to purchase everything we are offering is now over $14,465.(i added the plot(2) increased costs ,but not all the add on's we have).which if you do traditional burials wont matter ,the two plots alone with nothing else included the cemetary price will be $9,990.......the plots as of AUG 13th 2025 in "wisdom "are at .... $4995. ea.....our first plot is just the plot they say value around $4,995.....the our 2nd plot is where we spent some money and is totally set up for a double cremation type burial.,,,.including. ,plot ,two cremation vaults ,2 cremation openings ,2 cremation closings , 2 -2nd internment rights ( required by law to have two cremations in one plot)..so for $6,000 you can have both lots to do traditional burials , around three grand cheaper then going price ,or can do 4 cremations .with one plot already set for that...or { do double cremation in the one plot at $6,000.... it's cheaper then going rate} and sell the other plot...the only thing you'll need is your personal urns ,your personal head stones/plaques.....$6,000 and transfer fee of $395 to berks county memorial and done at their on site office....if interested call show contact info please no calls after 9 pm tks........PS..i have to say they are" new as in never used condition" ,we are "original owners since new." (believe it or not, we have been asked that...lol ) we also have a certain person who keeps offering low ball offers ,,. but he seems to be buying up plots at low ball offers to resell them at profit price which is legal but....we tell him NO !!!! every time ......the price is.$6,000 which is actually really fair when you add all that's included compared to buying it all new ......we don't have to sell them , but we won't be using them so thought maybe somebody would be interested in them at a $$$$ saving price.... show contact info please no calls after 9 pm...thanks
