Haven Behavioral Hospital is an 86-bed acute-care psychiric hospital th offers a full continuum of care for adults dealing with mental health conditions. We tre a complete array of mental health including depression, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, personality disorders and many other illnesses. Our facility is specially designed to provide a safe, comfortable and nurturing environment for hope and healing.

• have oversight of day-to-day operions;
• successfully coordine all required tasks through subordine managers, supervisors and frontline staff;
• support Pient Service and retail department
• develop and maintain client and customer relionships (i.e., comfortable in c-suite settings where communicion skills are imperive when serving as top level site management)
• develop stregic plans;
• ensure HACCP, regulory and standards compliance;
• cree a positive environment; and/or
• ensure Sodexo standards are met. 

Compension is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candide's educion level or years of relevant experience. Salary offers are based on a candide's specific criteria, like experience, skills, educion, and training. Sodexo offers a comprehensive benefits package th may include:

• have a work history demonstring strong employee engagement leadership skills, as well as previous supervisory experience and the ability to work collaborively; 
• have culinary production experience and a strong background in safety and sanition compliance; 
• can manage multiple priorities, demonstre professional communicion skills, and a passion for a high level of customer service; 
• are enthusiastic and confident;
• ability to drive employee success to enhance the value of the food and nutrition team; 
• prioritize tasks and exhibit flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed; and/or
• demonstre working knowledge of Sodexo Food Management System (FMS) The Market Connection (TMC), Sodexo Menu Graphics (SMG), Cetrax and is proficient in computer skills and report management experience. This does not apply to external candides.

Minimum Educion Requirement - Associe's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, cering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
