I own two service providing businesses with several employees, a few rental properties, and a renovations project underway. Everything has been growing and there are now more responsibilities and tasks to do than I can keep up with myself. I'd like someone to help with phone calls, emails, research, supervising, and managing the people and workflow. Often, I deal with things like customer service, problem solving, filling out paperwork, and warranty claims. An assistant would be amazing, to simply help me organize my lists, documentation, task flow, track progress, and check on everything daily. Can be part-time or full-time. But I can totally envision this being permanent and long-term.
