2002 Mazda 626. Leather interior. Only 102,000 miles. Brand new PA state inspection/emissions. Runs and drives perfectly. Engine is quiet. Transmission is smooth. No strange noises. No warning lights. Can be driven to anywhere in the country without worry.

Cosmetically, very solid for the year. Body and paint look good. Interior is amazing. Undercarriage is solid. Must see in person to fully appreciate.

Most cars in this price range will be cosmetically inferior, and will have much higher mileage. This is as good as it gets for $3,995.
