I need to find a good recliner or upgrade mattress for hospital bed (north-east Reading)

I need to find a good recliner that gives back support and also the rest of my spine. I had an electric recliner from Boscov's, but the top separated from the bottom.
I also need a mattress for my hospital bed. If anyone has any of these, I would appreciate any help you can give us. I am not looking for free; I just cannot use money for all of this stuff because we have to pay for food etc. We are both down for the count. We have two hospital beds in our living room.
