Newly created Bon Appetit Pasty Route for sale servicing stores in the South Central Pennsylvania Region including; Reading, Pottstown, Wyomissing, Ephrata, Gilbertsville, Lancaster, York, and Lebanon. Averages $6,800 per week in sales revenue (roughly 4,200 total units weekly) with an approximate 25% commission per unit sold or $.43 per piece depending on the account. Revenue continues to grow weekly as Fall season (busiest time of the year for Bon Appetit) approaches. There is plenty of opportunity for growth should you want more cash accounts added to the route.
40 current accounts to include: WaWa, Turkey Hill, and Sheetz. The route will have a net average of $1,400 to $1,700 weekly dependent on season, expenses and total credits/returns.
Asking $55,000 and open to owner financing part of the route with a larger down payment.
As an Independent Operator, you can work whatever hours needed that best fit your schedule, so long as the accounts get consistent servicing. Product pick up is located either in a Warehouse in Elizabethtown, PA or a dedicated storage cage in Clarksboro, NJ.
Training will be provided for 2-3 weeks, after which point you will be scheduled a ride along with Bon Appetit staff to get signed off as an approved Independent Operator in taking over the route. You will need a $10k deposit with Bon Appetit, which is returned if/when you decide to sell your route.
