Up for sale is a Rainbow Systems playset. I obtained this about 7 years ago and refurbished the entire "fort" section and the supports for the slide. As you can see, last year I put a new swing header beam on. My kids have outgrown this playset and it is time to move it on to someone else. A couple of the small support beams near the ground have some rot to them but could easily be replaced once the playset it reassembled at a new location. Carpenter bees have attacked it in a couple locations as seen in the photos.
Overall, it's a really nice and solid playset made of treated wood. The minimum installation area is 31 feet by 16 feet. The buyer will need to come to my house, disassemble the unit and remove it. It took me by myself 5 hours to do so originally and everything fit on a truck pulling an 18-foot trailer.
