idX Corporation, leader in store fixture industry, is seeking an Estimator to work in our Baltimore Division. Candidate should have experience in estimating for a manufacturing company. Our manufactured store fixtures are made primarily of wood, acrylic, and metal raw materials.
Primary Functions:
Prepare & outline costs associated with the production of store fixtures
Utilize understanding of color & material specifications
Maintain estimate/quote log for analysis purposes
Liaison with production, purchasing, and project management
Qualifications:
Related degree in Business, Accounting, Engineering or equivalent experience
10 yrs experience of wood, plexi, and/or metal manufacture in the store fixture industry
Costing or Estimating background with an emphasis on building systems
Computer literacy with knowledge of ERP
Express professional verbal & written communications
